Suzanne Winlove-Smith
Suzanne Winlove-Smith is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and a happily married Mother of three. She has recently completed a Graduate Degree Program in Conflict Resolution at Carleton University in the Department of Law for Mediation, with a focus on Organizational and System Design in order to learn, grow and assist her desire in promoting positive social change.
Suzanne's love of children led her to become involved in a Harvard Research Study on the benefits of yoga in Elementary School children.
She has taught many educators and has introduced hundreds of students to yoga and meditation. Suzanne teaches private, corporate and community classes throughout Perth, Smiths Falls and Almonte Ontario. Her children continue to be her biggest source of inspiration.
Julie Yeaman
Julie began practicing yoga, meditation and astrology in 1969 as part of her own spiritual awakening. Since that time she has traveled extensively to deepen and strengthen her knowledge and techniques and has added other skills, such as Heart Math and Thai Massage to her palate. She loves guiding and teaching and has honed these skills over many years, to provide a unique and creative blend of the many modalities and experiences that have enriched and broadened her life. She and her husband, Stewart, run a small organic farm and yoga retreat center, just outside of Almonte.

Valerie Gauthier
Valerie has been consumed all her life with a search for spiritual meaning, formally and informally, with and through friends and fellow seekers. She started as a student of Advaita Vedanta in Rishikesh and Kerala, India. Later she undertook an honours degree in comparative religions. A crystal adept, she is a gemology graduate. In recent years Valerie became a Usui Reiki master. Valerie’s vocation is International Development, which she attributes to experiencing street life in Asia, and stints volunteering at leper colonies. She completed a Masters degree in International Relations and has worked professionally in Bangladesh and India, and as a volunteer in Zambia. She has researched and written on rural education and women’s livelihoods. Valerie is proud to be the mother of two thriving young adults and cherishes having been foster parent to Northern Quebec Cree high school students.
Walter Mocko
Walter “Peppy” Mocko is a Holistic Pharmacist. He has practiced throughout the Ottawa-Carleton area and owned a Pharmacy business in the town of Almonte for 23 years. During this time he developed a passion for natural healing therapies and began studying various types of healing modalities. He has educated himself on homeopathy, herbs, supplements, diet, exercise, energy medicine, oral chelation, NLP, Edgar Cayce therapies, etc. He has also served on a committee to implement natural therapies at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, and has lectured at the University of Ottawa to pre-med students on the value of natural therapies. His primary goal has always been to bridge the gap between allopathic medicine and holistic, knowing that there is room for both.
Rose Mocko
Rose Mocko began her spiritual journey in the 1980’s. She has studied various holistic and spiritual approaches and techniques. Along the way she became an Usui Reiki Master, a Reconnection Practitioner and Visual Artist. Together with her husband, Peppy, and son, Steven, she lives on Constance Lake in Dunrobin, Ontario, where she draws inspiration for her creative expression and spiritual healing from the natural world that surrounds her.
Linda Rawn
My questions on spirituality started as a very young child at church and have accelerated in the last twenty years. I have gathered answers and confirmations from books, groups, chance conversations and workshops like Power Up Your Life. I have volunteered establishing an Arts Council children's series, a children's toy service and later a natural healing and spiritual lecture series in Almonte. I have worked in the nutritional field in hospitals in Toronto and area and Daycare in Almonte. I am a reflexologist and and have studies rieki and iridology, I have lived in Almonte for the last 30 years and raised my daughter here.
Mary Rozenberg
Mary Rozenberg, a HUMAN DYNAMICS ADVISOR (Facilitator, Trainer, Coach), has a passion for helping workplaces become healthier. productive places to go to every day and for helping individuals in those organizations develop their individual and collective interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities.
She brings a wealth of experience to how to create and sustain positive workplace relationships. You will find Mary to be an excellent communicator and empathetic problem solver.
She has conducted numerous workshops and retreats focusing on interpersonal communications in the workplace, team-building, valuing diversity, and creating respectful workplaces. She is trained in Human Systems Dynamics, Leadership Development, Coaching, Facilitation, and Dialogue Education. Other credentials include:

Sharon Lazette
Sharon is a Certified Permaculture Designer and Certified Horticulture Technician. She is a long-time practitioner of a holistic lifestyle, with the tools of spiritual therapies, yoga and organic foods. Sharon has combined her love for life with her deep respect for the planet through managing the Organic Produce Department at Rainbow Natural Foods in Ottawa, and as a landscape designer and organic gardener. She is grateful to take part in this spiritual event.
Tracey Wyeth
Tracey started searching for life-meaning over twenty years ago when she began to develop a strong curiosity about the less tangible aspects of humanity.
Her questions led her to explore B’nai B’rith, Judaism, Christianity and Paganism as possible religious practice. She remains inquisitive and continues to expand her spiritual awareness through meditation, yoga, journaling and taking long walks in the woods.
