In 2008 Lilly awoke from a dream where spirit gave a message that it was imperative that Almonte host a three day spiritual event that was accessible, affordable and non profitable. The intent was to bring people together in unity within the community to nourish , mind , body and spirit.
Upon awaking she mentioned this dream to her Husband John,to allow the dream to ground and take shape. Within a few weeks she emailed a few holistic healers in the area with her plan. At first they did not respond but those that did made up a group of twelve volunteers who worked loveingly and in harmony with the dream. An opening Prayer was given to her in dream and also clear was that ego was not the motive for working on this project, spirit was to guide group .
Originally the name of the weekend was to be Dreaming Forward but with John’s input it became , Power Up Your Life, “Tools for Intuitive Living”. Their first effort through the help of De Ann Sheppard and Jill D’Angelo was to host Mona Lisa Schultz , author of “Intuitive Advisor”. Lilly had met Jill while studying with Caroline Myss in Chicago as was shocked to discover that her fairy friend was non other than Jill and now working as Mona Lisa’s agent.. So began a series of synchronistic events that led to a successful weekend at the Herb Garden in Sept , 2009.
